Il ne s\u2019agit plus de \u00ab dessiner \u00bb des plans, mais de <em>mod\u00e9liser des informations<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fichiers BIM sont des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques en <strong>3D de b\u00e2timents<\/strong>, structures, syst\u00e8mes et composants, con\u00e7us \u00e0 l\u2019aide de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9els et contenant les donn\u00e9es techniques essentielles des produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mod\u00e8le BIM int\u00e8gre toutes les informations dont les professionnels du secteur AEC (Architecture, Ing\u00e9nierie, Construction) peuvent avoir besoin pour concevoir, ex\u00e9cuter et entretenir un b\u00e2timent et ses installations.<br>Ces informations sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es selon diff\u00e9rents niveaux de d\u00e9tail (LOD \u2013 <em>Level of Development<\/em>), permettant de refl\u00e9ter la construction virtuelle du projet ainsi que la gestion de ses actifs, pour une gestion de l\u2019information plus efficace tout au long du cycle de vie du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mod\u00e8les BIM sont utilis\u00e9s dans les projets d\u2019architecture, de structure et d\u2019installations techniques (MEP : <em>Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing<\/em>). Leur combinaison permet d\u2019obtenir un projet coordonn\u00e9, riche en donn\u00e9es, et particuli\u00e8rement utile pour tous les intervenants, de la phase de conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019exploitation et la maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Depuis 2019, l\u2019utilisation de la m\u00e9thodologie BIM est obligatoire en Espagne pour les march\u00e9s publics et les infrastructures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez Pemsa, nous savons que le BIM repr\u00e9sente le pr\u00e9sent et l\u2019avenir du secteur AEC. T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le fichier <strong>\u201cSupports \u2013 Metatray\u00ae \u2013 PEMSA.rvt\u201d<\/strong> depuis notre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pemsa-rejiband.com\/bim\/\">section BIM<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ouvrez le fichier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans l\u2019onglet <strong>Ins\u00e9rer<\/strong>, cliquez sur <strong>Charger une famille<\/strong>, localisez l\u2019objet, puis chargez-le dans votre projet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans l\u2019onglet <strong>Syst\u00e8mes \/ Installations<\/strong>, utilisez l\u2019outil <strong>Eclisses de chemin de c\u00e2bles<\/strong>.
