Isso representa uma mudan\u00e7a fundamental: os projetos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas \u201cdesenhados\u201d, mas sim <em>modelados com informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os arquivos BIM s\u00e3o <strong>modelos digitais<\/strong> tridimensionais de edif\u00edcios, estruturas, sistemas e componentes, criados com materiais reais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e contendo os dados essenciais de cada produto. Um modelo BIM incorpora todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que os profissionais do setor AEC (Arquitetura, Engenharia e Constru\u00e7\u00e3o) podem necessitar para projetar, executar e manter um edif\u00edcio e suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o estruturadas com n\u00edveis de desenvolvimento (<em>LOD \u2013 Level of Development<\/em>) crescentes, representando a constru\u00e7\u00e3o virtual de um projeto e, por fim, a forma como os seus ativos s\u00e3o gerenciados, permitindo um controle mais eficaz ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os modelos BIM podem ser utilizados em projetos arquitet\u00f4nicos, estruturais e de instala\u00e7\u00f5es (MEP: <em>Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing<\/em>). A combina\u00e7\u00e3o desses modelos resulta em projetos altamente informativos e coordenados, sendo extremamente \u00fatil para todos os envolvidos \u2014 desde o projeto inicial at\u00e9 a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desde 2019, a metodologia BIM \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria em Espanha para obras p\u00fablicas e projetos de infraestrutura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na Pemsa, reconhecemos que o BIM \u00e9 o presente e o futuro do setor AEC. Por isso, desenvolvemos um cat\u00e1logo completo de elementos e componentes para integra\u00e7\u00e3o em modelos BIM, com a vantagem de representar o elemento real em termos de dimens\u00f5es e permitir acesso r\u00e1pido e preciso a todos os dados t\u00e9cnicos necess\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A biblioteca necess\u00e1ria para o funcionamento do sistema de calhas isolantes Metatray\u00ae est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no formato de projeto RVT. Aceda ao arquivo <strong>\u201cSuportes \u2013 Metatray\u00ae \u2013 PEMSA.rvt\u201d<\/strong> a partir da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pemsa-rejiband.com\/bim\/\">se\u00e7\u00e3o BIM<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abra o arquivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na categoria <strong>Inserir<\/strong>, clique em <strong>Carregar Fam\u00edlia<\/strong>, localize o objeto e carregue-o no projeto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na categoria <strong>Sistemas \/ Instala\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, utilize a ferramenta <strong>Conex\u00e3o de Calhas<\/strong>. Como alternativa, pode-se utilizar a categoria <strong>Arquitetura<\/strong>, ferramenta <strong>Componente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agora \u00e9 poss\u00edvel posicionar o objeto no projeto.
