The company will showcase solutions designed to maximise efficiency and durability in solar installations.

Pemsa, an international benchmark in cable management systems, will take part in Solar & Storage Live UK 2025, the UK’s largest trade show dedicated to solar energy and storage, bringing together more than 20,000 professionals from 23–25 September at the NEC in Birmingham. From stand P70, the company will present its cable management solutions engineered to meet the demanding requirements of photovoltaic and storage installations, both on rooftops and in large-scale solar farms.

Solutions built for the toughest conditions

The Rejiband® RAPIDE BLACK C8® wire mesh tray delivers outstanding outdoor resistance thanks to its BLACK C8® protection system, an anti-corrosion coating certified to IEC 61537. This metallic finish makes it the ideal solution for large-capacity solar plants and commercial or industrial self-consumption applications. Corrosion-resistance testing — including cyclic tests to ISO 11997-1 (over 2,600 hours) and salt spray tests (over 1,500 hours) — guarantees durability in the harshest environments.

In its latest evolution, this coating has been further improved to achieve a 30% reduction in carbon footprint, supporting projects that aim for significant emissions reduction or seek environmental certifications such as LEED or BREEAM.

Also on display will be Metatray®, Pemsa’s new range of insulating trays, inherently resistant to corrosion and eliminating the need for earthing while reducing maintenance programmes — critical factors in photovoltaic plants located in aggressive environments such as coastal areas or industrial rooftops. As a non-conductive system, Metatray® also provides enhanced electrical safety in facilities where multiple energy systems coexist, such as storage and photovoltaic generation.

Sustainability for solar installations

Pemsa’s environmental commitment is reinforced through the use of recyclable raw materials and sustainable packaging, which contribute to a significant reduction in carbon footprint, as demonstrated in its Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) in accordance with EN ISO 14025 and EN 15804.

At Pemsa, we work to ensure every renewable project is more efficient, safer and more profitable. Our solutions are designed to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions while simplifying installation,” the company states.
