  • Identification of the Controller of the Processing

The data that the user facilitates will be processed by, Pemsa Cable Management, S.A. with registered offices at C/ Galileo Galilei, 22-24. P.E. La Garena 28806 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid and with Tax Code A-28212181 (hereinafter, the “Controller”) with the purposes summarised in the following point.   • Purposes of the processing
  1. Answering the questions that the interested party sends the Controller.
    • Conservation time period: The data will be processed until the matter proposed by the interested party is resolved. After this, they will be conserved for five (5) years for the possible formulation, exercising or defence of claims.
    • Legal basis: consent of the interested party.

    • Conservation time period: We will conserve the data while there is interest on behalf of the interested party.

    • Conservation time period: We will conserve your data for a maximum period of two years.
    • Legal basis: consent of the interested party.

We inform you that the consent given may be withdrawn at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed previously by the Controller. 

  • Recipients of your data

The Controller contracts The Rocket Science Group (MailChimp, USA), which provides the suitable level of protection through “EU/US Privacy Shield” apart from this one, there is the possibility of contracting third parties responsible for the processing in order to provide their services. If for any reason it were necessary to communicate said data to third parties, you would be informed beforehand and, in this case, your consent will be requested and the purposes of the communication and the identity of the third party to which they will be communicated will be specified.

All of this, except the conditions in which a legal examination obliges us to communicate said data.

Persons who facilitate us with their data enjoy the following rights in relation to it:

You may also write by post to the registered offices of the Controller as it appears in point 1 of the present communication.

Additionally, we would like to inform you regarding the possibility to present a claim before the competent Control Authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially if satisfaction has not been obtained in the exercising of your rights. You can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency by phone at 901 100 099 and 912 663 517 or by visiting them at their offices at C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 – Madrid.

Pemsa Cable Management, S.A.U commits to carrying out their obligation to secrecy with respect to the data of a personal character supplied and to the duty of processing them with confidentiality and privacy, according to the current legislation. To this effect they will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their unauthorized alteration, processing or access.
