41 Cantilever Arms stand out for their great versatility of application and installation.
Pemsa presents a new range of cantilever arms available in 41×21, 41×41 and 41×82 formats and in various sizes depending on the type. This product has been developed in different finishes such as Electrogalvanised, Hot Dip Galvanised and Stainless steel AISI304 and AISI316L.
The versatility of application, and installation of this range of supports, make it one of the most complete on the market. Its use is intended not only for the support of cable trays, (rejiband®, pemsaband®, megaband®, etc.), but also for electrical conduits and other installations including heating pipes, A/C, fire systems, etc.
The variety of sizes in the new range of 41 Cantilever Arms enables multiple installations of various tray widths. They are also manufactured with an additional length (tray width +55mm) to allow the stand-off of the installation from the wall or mounting surface.
If greater clearances from the fixing surface are necessary the range of 41 Cantilever Arms also offers lengths of 600, 800 and 1,000mm, giving a greater stand-off distance to solve the issues of obstacles during the installation.
This product works as a horizontal wall mount, although it is also possible to use it as a pendant or vertical support from the ceiling and gives a wider choice over the current range of 500 or 1,000mm Pendants and Ceiling Supports. Thanks to the aforementioned versatility, this support can also be fixed to the floor allowing various rows of horizontal supports to be mounted on this product.
The Range has a quick installation solution for Rejiband when using the HDG Strut Clip and also includes a Reinforced Brace that acts as an additional support to achieve a system capable of supporting high loads.
